We offer our Inspired Camp Life Promise™: If your shirt's print doesn't bring you complete joy within 99 full days a complete camping season whether it's the design, the colors, or the overall vibe we'll refund every penny AND you keep the shirt as our gift. No questions. No hassles. No return shipping required. We want you to love wearing your passion!

99 Day Limited Warranty

Beyond our "Love It" guarantee, all items are covered under a 99 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects and premature wear under normal camping use. This means:

  • Manufacturing defects: If it's broken or flawed from the start.

  • Print quality issues: If the design cracks or fades prematurely.

  • Construction failures: If stitching comes undone or materials fail.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from extended use

  • Damage from improper use or care (e.g., extreme washing temperatures)

  • Modifications made after delivery

How to Request a Refund or Replacement (It's Easy!)

Step 1: Contact Us
Simply email us at cs@inspiredcamplife.com with your order number.

Step 2: Describe the Issue
Tell us if you're not loving the print (for your 99 Day Love It Guarantee) or if you've experienced a defect covered by our 99 Day Limited Warranty. Photos are always helpful if there's a specific issue!

Step 3: Quick Resolution
We'll review your request promptly. For our 99 Day Love It Guarantee, we process your refund and you keep the shirt. For warranty claims, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. No need to ship anything back to us.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have started as your item is custom-printed just for you, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, simply use our 99 Day Love It Guarantee to get a refund and place a new order.
